The Dragon Boat Race occurs on the Scioto River right alongside COSI. On the day of the event, public parking is available in the area. Metered parking near COSI are free.
Hopper Carts is an eco-friendly, 100% electric transportation option that operates seven days a week in the downtown Columbus area. It is excited to offer FREE RIDES to the Dragon Boat Race. They are offering rides to and from the parking spots near the event. Please be on the lookout for Hopper Carts. They will be offering free rides between 10:30am to 5:00pm on race day.
CoGo Bike Share
The bike sharing service CoGo has several stations on both sides of the Scioto River. The one right by COSI is at the corner of W. Broad and Washington Blvd.
The Columbus Ohio Transportation Authority (COTA) runs several bus routes near the race.
The Downtown Circulator bus, or #Catch the CBUS, offers FREE RIDES from one end of High St. at the Brewery District to the other end near the Italian Village. Visitors can get off at the intersection of High St. and Broad at the Ohio State House and cross the bridge westward towards COSI.
